The location of the hotel is central and convenient, making it easy to explore the main attractions on foot. The air conditioning in our room worked perfectly, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere during the chilly winter weather. The front desk staff and bellboys were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite some minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of the city and convenient to access the metro. Rooms are clean and equipped with many English TV channels. The hotel offers complementary umbrellas which are handy in rainy weather.

The sauna, steam room and swimming pool were not functioning properly and the use of the spa was not free. Although the staff was attentive, their level of English was limited which caused some communication problems.

This hotel has a luxurious atmosphere and provides exclusive amenities. The staff is attentive and the suite is spacious, clean, and stately. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast with plentiful food, including fruits and snacks in the suite. The location is advantageous, close to Lingjiamen metro station and the Liberation monument. The bar/lounge area offers a diverse selection of drinks.

There is a need for more lighting/lamps and brighter lights in the suite. However, it is only a minor issue that does not affect the overall impression of the hotel.
