First of all, the location is great. It is convenient to explore the city and there are several restaurants and shops nearby. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provides friendly and efficient service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel boasts excellent facilities, such as a fitness center and a swimming pool.

The toothbrush provided by the hotel was of poor quality and the bristles fell out while using it.

The quality of the provided toothbrush was poor, with bristles falling out while I was brushing my teeth. taxi services were not provided by the hotel, which was inconvenient for guests.

the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and beautiful garden area were perfect for relaxation, while the restaurant served delicious food. the exclusive in-room breakfast and private facilities were a great touch. the location was convenient for exploring the city.

My only minor issue was with the quality of the toothbrush provided, as the bristles fell out while I was using it. the staff was quick to address the problem and promptly provided me with a new toothbrush.
