Great location in the heart of the city, close to a mall and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

The breakfast options were limited and not worth the price. the lack of bathrobes in the room was disappointing.

The swimming pool and breakfast were the highlights of our stay. the pool was great for a refreshing dip and the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. the large windows in the room allowed for natural light to come in, giving a nice view of the surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel provided a bottle of wine to celebrate a birthday, it was a nice touch and made the stay even more special.

The room decoration was not very classy and felt a bit cheap. the small size of the room made it feel a bit cramped and light handling was confusing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bustling city center and shopping malls. It is also very close to the MTR stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with great amenities such as a TV and wardrobe. The staff provides excellent service, with attentive and friendly attitudes. The breakfast offers a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the coffee is delicious.

The staff at Hilton Garden Inn were extremely accommodating and friendly. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they were able to quickly find a room for me. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the YMT station and surrounded by many local restaurants. I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn.

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and easily accessible via the Metro. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist. the food at the restaurant was enjoyable, especially after a long day of sightseeing. the pool and bar area provided a great spot to relax and unwind.

The room service food was disappointing, as it arrived cold and not as expected. the limited breakfast menu did not cater well to international guests and lacked quality and presentation.

Staying in this place was an absolute delight. Its location is perfect, as it's close to everything you could possibly need. At just a short walk away, there are shopping centres, markets, and places to eat. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always available to help with whatever was needed. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The rooftop pool is a great feature and the fitness centre was well-equipped.

I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Not convenient to access public transportation, about a 10-minute walk to the MTR. Dim lighting in the room, hard to see when it's dark.

Our recent city break was great! the hotel location was perfect for exploring the city, with many shops and attractions within walking distance.

The walls between the rooms were quite thin, and we could hear noise and cigarette smoke from the neighboring room. the breakfast prices seemed steep, and we ended up feeling a bit cheated by the added supplement we were not informed about.

Hilton was an oasis of tranquility with a rooftop pool, comfy pillows and bed. Fabulous location near shops, restaurants, and cultural places. Helpful and friendly staff, felt safe day and night.

Felt so much at home, no complaints whatsoever.
