The hotel's location is perfect, close to the Old City and surrounded by shops and eateries. The rooms are well-kept, with newly renovated bathrooms and top-notch toiletries. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, such as upgrading rooms and providing recommendations for local food. The hotel also offers various facilities and advantages, including a beautiful lobby with a complimentary welcome drink, organized tours, and prompt email responses.

The buffet breakfast at the hotel can get crowded during weekends, causing a shortage of seating and food at times.

The room was very spacious and had a big bathroom with a bathtub, which was a great surprise. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and a short walk to different attractions. It also had a nice restaurant with delicious food.

The service was not consistent, with some staff being very helpful while others were not. the room was not properly cooled and remained uncomfortably hot, especially during the night.

The room design was stylish and practical, bed comfortable, shower great, sofa/desk design impressive. Room was super clean and staff incredibly kind and helpful. Price of room was reasonable. Will seek out this hotel brand in the future.

During my stay at Hilton Garden in Lijiang, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. From arranging taxis to going above and beyond to retrieve my forgotten belongings, their assistance was exceptional. Additionally, the cleaning staff provided valuable insights about the local climate. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and the old city of Lijiang. I had an enjoyable and memorable experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel surpassed my expectations. the exclusive room facilities and private garden area made my stay unforgettable. the service was impeccable, and the staff were always willing to help. the restaurant offered fine dining with a wide selection of dishes. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area.

The only minor issue was the limited dinner hours. After 9:00pm, only noodle dishes were available.
