The hotel has a great location, being close to the city center and next to a beautiful park. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and great amenities like Nespresso coffee. The gym was open 24 hours, which was a plus.

The view from the room was not great, and the windows were dirty, making it impossible to take clear photos. The snacks were expensive, and some aspects of the hotel's infrastructure were still under construction. The staff, although friendly, had limited English skills.

Our stay at Hilton Haikou was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the bay. The room was exceptionally comfortable, from the fluffy towels to the cozy bed with crisp linen. The bathroom with its oval bath and automatic toilet added a touch of luxury. The in-room amenities, like the Nespresso machine and work station, were convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an unforgettable experience at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. We enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre and the Full body massage was truly amazing. The Restaurant had a special diet menu that suited our needs. The location advantages were perfect for our stay and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the Sauna. It was not hot enough for our liking and we were hoping for a more relaxing experience.
