Great experience during our Xmas stay. the rooms were big and well equipped, perfect for a family getaway. the pools were a hit with the kids and being close to the beach was an added bonus. the cleaning staff went above and beyond and even provided a clothes horse for our wet laundry, showing great care for their customers. We would definitely return.

The hotel is located quite far from any shops or restaurants, which was a bit inconvenient when we arrived late and everything was closed. Room service was available, but the wait time for a pizza was too long.

Spacious room with sliding wall, combining bedroom and bathroom. Scrumptious breakfast and attentive staff. Cool pools and nearby bus station for city transportation. Ideal for families and relaxation.

Incredible Service and Hospitality

During our recent stay at the Hilton in Haikou, we were blown away by the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the staff. One particular incident stood out to us. We had accidentally left some wet clothes on the balcony to dry, and when we returned to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a clothes horse set up by the cleaning staff for us to hang our clothes. It was a small but thoughtful gesture that made us feel taken care of. We were truly grateful for the attention to detail and the care shown by the hotel staff.
