the room was small but good value for money. the staff made an effort to understand and help, despite their limited English skills. I appreciated that they received and held our train tickets for us. the reception area was clean and provided a comfortable place to relax.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to the university and main roads. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful pool that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. The staff was extremely accommodating and provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The hotel is situated in a lovely residential neighborhood, making it a peaceful and pleasant place to stay.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay at Hoi To. She even allowed me to store my baggage both before checking in and after checking out, which made my travel experience much more convenient. The air conditioning was excellent and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the option to pay in cash upon check-in and the complimentary drinking water provided. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly service and convenient amenities.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent. The reception area was small but cozy, with a comfortable couch and a water fountain to refill your bottle. The beds were simple but comfortable, with firm mattresses and pillows that suited my preference. I also appreciated the lockers provided, ensuring the safety of my belongings during my outings. The bathroom was basic but clean, with great water pressure and hot water.

I had a great stay at a well-located hostel with spacious twin rooms. the room was clean and larger than expected, and it even had a small kitchen with a water kettle and mugs. the staff, though not fluent in English, were friendly and accommodating. They provided water bottles at the reception and the hostel was conveniently close to the MTR and shopping malls.
