Friendly and Attentive Staff

During my stay at Holiday Inn Beijing Chang An West, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff. One particular staff member went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. She greeted me warmly upon check-in and even offered me a refreshing glass of juice. Her fluency in English made communication effortless, and she took the time to chat with me, making me feel truly welcome. The next morning, another staff member in the executive lounge made me a delicious cup of coffee and even went out of her way to change the TV channel for me. It's these small touches that made my stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

This place is located in a quiet residential area, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere during my stay. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I was impressed with the range of amenities offered, including room service, car hire, and laundry services. The room itself was well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had an impressive spa and wellness center, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. the level of service and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Stayed during Christmas. the hotel was decorated festively adding to the holiday spirit. the buffet breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of tasty Asian dishes and bacon and eggs made to order. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. the location was great with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops within walking distance. the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities.

Although the location was convenient to transportation, it was a bit far from some of the main tourist attractions. the decor in the room was a bit outdated and could use some updating.
