Great location within walking distance to the main pedestrian street and close to the airport bus stop. the staff were extremely helpful, especially the front desk and concierge staff. They went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. the car service provided by the hotel was excellent, with responsible and helpful drivers. the hotel also had good heating, which was a major plus during our stay.

Some of the rooms could use renovation, as the furniture and finishes were old. the rooms' lighting was also quite dim, making it difficult to see at times.

I really got my money's worth during my stay at Holiday Inn City Centre. The room was comfortable, warm, and clean, and the location couldn't have been better. Being able to step out of the hotel and straight into the bustling Main Street of Harbin was a fantastic experience. The staff were always helpful and made my stay pleasant.

The breakfast selection could be improved. There was a lack of variety, especially when it came to Harbin-style sausages and Russian dark bread.

Excellent value for money breakfast, fantastic Red Lion pub, great free food and Harbin beer, amazing singer for evening entertainment, excellent location, excellent restaurants.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the tourist areas in this city. We especially loved being able to walk out the front door and straight into the Main Street of the city. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and they were able to arrange tours and cars for us. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. Additionally, there were plenty of good, clean local restaurants on the river nearby.

Recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Harbin for the incredible ice festivals. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The hotel is clean, warm, and conveniently located in the center of town. The waitresses in the restaurant were kind and helpful, even with limited English. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location of this hotel was excellent, right at the intersection of the pedestrian street. We were able to easily explore the city and access public transport from here. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and although their English was limited, we were able to communicate using a translation app. the room we booked on the executive floor was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that was perfect for our family of three.

During our stay at Holiday Inn City Centre, we were impressed by the convenient location right on the Central street. We were able to easily explore the shops and restaurants geared towards tourists. We also appreciated the fact that the #3 airport bus stop was right by the hotel, making transportation hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel staff were helpful in resolving any issues that arose, such as upgrading us to an executive level room with breakfast when there was a problem with the heater. The room bathroom was also a highlight, with a nice shower and soft towels. we would recommend this hotel for its great location and reasonably comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was right across the road from the main walking street, where all the historical buildings are located. Additionally, it was only 500 meters from the Saint Sophie Orthodox Church. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in organizing tours and transportation.

I had an incredible stay at Holiday Inn in Harbin. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right at the entrance of the Main Street where all the shopping and walking activities take place. It was so convenient to be able to step out of the hotel and immediately be in the heart of the city.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. Although some of the food was greasy, there were also healthier choices such as fruits, yogurt, and eggs.
