The room was quite comfortable and cozy, which made our romantic escape truly special. the bed was soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. the hotel was located in a great area, close to many restaurants and shopping centers. We also loved the fact that there was a spa and wellness center, which gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy some much needed pampering.

The service at this hotel left a lot to be desired. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us, and were quite rude at times.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The location is fantastic, being conveniently close to the subway station which we used often. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. a comfortable stay in a great location.
