The hotel is incredibly well-located, close to the city center and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and a good selection of amenities. I also appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the staff, who were always friendly and helpful, even when there was a language barrier.

The hotel is currently undergoing some construction work, which can be quite noisy during certain hours of the day. the breakfast provided was not very diverse and seemed to cater more towards Chinese guests.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express in the city center. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the Central Square, Zhengyang St, and the beautiful Sun and Moon Pagodas at Shan Lake. The room was comfortable with clean linen, a comprehensive toiletry set, and a comfortable working desk. The sound insulation and air conditioning were excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The attractive furniture and interior decor added a touch of elegance. Breakfast offered a good selection of both Chinese and Western-style food, making it a satisfying start to the day. All of this was offered at a reasonable price, making it a great value for our stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by bustling shops and local foodcourts. I loved how close it was to the famous sun and moon pagoda, a real highlight of this place. The staff at this hotel were fantastic, with a warm and attentive reception. They even had a person from a third party tour company available to provide valuable information.
