The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the metro station and a lovely park across the street. Being away from the tourist areas gave us a more authentic experience. The room was clean and well-decorated, with crisp sheets and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided plenty of delicious options.

The reception staff could have been more welcoming and warmer in their approach.

The hotel offered two complementary coffee mugs and two bottles of water that we were able to bring with us during our romantic escape. the hotel was located walking distance from several major attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a mini-fridge in our room.

The noise level was extremely high throughout the day and night, making it difficult to relax or sleep. We also had issues with the hotel staff and policies, including unclean dining areas, bad attitude from some staff members, and inadequate service.

We loved our stay at this hotel with our family. The facilities were great, especially for families.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Hong Kong. the male hotel staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and arranged a quiet and cozy room for us. It was clean and had a very good bathroom, with comfortable beds. We also appreciated the availability of laundry service. the hotel's location near the Cruise Terminal was convenient for us. We particularly enjoyed the big glass window in our room, despite the view of buildings and construction. We recommend requesting a higher floor to enjoy the beautiful view of the sky and mountains behind the construction. the selection of pillows, with both hard and soft options, was a nice touch. the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were always polite and enthusiastic. We also appreciated the late check-out option.

I got great value for my money at Holiday Inn Express in Kowloon. The room was clean, tidy, and had a fantastic view. The location was convenient, with a nearby MTR station and shops. The staff treated us with courtesy and helped us with all our needs.

The breakfast option could use more variety and choices.

We loved the clean and modern vibe of the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The proximity to the cruise terminal was convenient for us, and the guest laundry with tokens and ironing area was a bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our kids enjoyed the Dreamworks channel.

We had a great stay at a new hotel. Spotlessly clean room, great breakfast with lots of choices. Safe area, quick walk to MRT and mall. Convenient distance to tourist sights. Spacious room with good amenities.

Spacious rooms, adequate amenities, helpful staff, convenient location near MTR and APM Mall. Varied breakfast options, although some guests desired more variety. Plenty of local food options in the area, with the need for Cantonese language skills. a pleasant stay with potential for future visits.
