The location of Holiday Inn Express Chengyang Central was perfect for our needs. Being near both the airport and the center of Chengyang made it convenient for exploring. The hotel is brand new, and our room was well-equipped and clean. The breakfast included was satisfying, and we found plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated their assistance. we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Qingdao.

Brand new hotel with well-equipped rooms. Breakfast was included and very enjoyable. Conveniently located in the center of the Chengyang district with many nearby restaurants and shops.

Some staff members struggled with English, and room service information was not readily available. The gym was missing a yoga mat and the safe in the room needed to be fixed to the wall.

The service provided by the staff is excellent and they are helpful and friendly. The breakfast served at the hotel is satisfying and there are plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, there are fast food restaurants and convenience shops nearby.

The front desk staffs have difficulty speaking English, which can be a bit challenging for international guests.
