I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Suzhou. The hotel is brand new and impeccably clean. The location is fantastic, with a shopping mall right next door and plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Suzhou.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of CBD Suzhou new district, surrounded by a shopping mall and other great restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the retractable clothesline in the shower, a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even though there was no English-speaking staff available. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including warm noodles made to order. the experience was amazing.

We highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location and breakfast were the best aspects of my stay during New Year's at this hotel. the hotel is situated in a prime spot, making it easy to get around and explore the city. the breakfast offerings were delectable and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. the room was also quite spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to unwind and rest.

The worst aspects of my stay during New Year's at this hotel were the lack of cleanliness and noisy neighbors. the room was not as clean as it could have been, with stains on the toilet seat and dirty mugs in the room.
