The staff here are great, they are always accommodating and approachable, and their service is of high quality. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need during your stay. Plus, the breakfast buffet is very good and they offer an array of options to choose from.

Despite the great service, a little bit of training for the staff on the levels of service would be helpful. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay at a great price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location could not be better situated, as it was within easy walks from the harbour areas and the shopping areas. The Tsim Sha Tsui metro station was right next to the hotel, making it convenient to go everywhere. The room was clean and the beds were large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of tasty food. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and easily approachable whenever we had a request. this hotel provided us with a great experience.

I recently traveled to Hong Kong for a short stay at Holiday Inn. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the MTR and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a warm and powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the extra amenities like a hair dryer, universal adapter, and safe locker. The bed was extremely comfortable with a good selection of pillows. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty, and they even allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out without any additional fees.

This hotel is excellently located within walking distance from TST MTR station, making it very convenient for travelers. The rooms, with double beds and bath tubs, are newly renovated and comfortable. It's great that breakfast is included in the standard rate and it's served at the club lounge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's really close to an MRT station that makes it a breeze to get around. Within walking distance, I found the ferry terminal, which was so convenient. Plus, the hotel is also very conveniently located for going anywhere by MTR, as it is super near. The breakfast had a huge variety, including a great selection of veg dishes. And the staff were top-notch - always efficient, polite, and available. The reception, check-in, and checkout process were impeccable. The bathroom shower was perfect too.

They promptly sorted out our TV and provided extra coffee sachets. the concierge was helpful in arranging our airport shuttle. the housekeeping was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food.

The recent renovation has updated everything, including electrical outputs with USB chargers and an air purifier in the room. The fridge is a good size and the safe is huge. The shower is amazing and the room is well insulated from street noise. The staff, from receptionists to concierge, are all very helpful. The location is unbeatable.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn! The newly renovated Executive Club rooms were a huge improvement over the old ones. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially loved the comfortable bed. The hotel's location in TST was perfect, with easy access to MTR stations and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The club lounge in the basement was also very nice, with a good breakfast spread. Despite some minor drawbacks like limited vegetarian options on the room service menu and slow wifi, I had a positive experience overall. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong.
