We had a wonderful stay at this hotel close to the airport. The family rooms were spacious and had large LCD TVs with free movies. The breakfast was fantastic and there was a small mall with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very pleasant and tried their best to assist us. The shuttle service back to the airport was convenient and efficient.

The climate control in the room was not very adjustable, making it a bit too hot at times.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Holiday Inn Hangzhou Airport Zone. The family rooms were spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds and large LCD TVs offering a selection of free movies and box sets. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel's location near a small mall with restaurants and shops was convenient. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me, even offering help via WeChat. The room itself was clean and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was conveniently close to the airport and the shuttle service was efficient. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows and the breakfast spread was delicious.

The noise from nearby metro construction was a bit disruptive, but the double glazing in the rooms helped to minimize the disturbance. the hotel could benefit from better signage to direct guests towards the entrance, as it was a bit difficult to locate initially.

The breakfast was fantastic and there was even a small mall behind the hotel with restaurants and shops. The staff was very pleasant and tried hard to assist us in any way they could.
