We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, in a new residential area and close to the river in Hangzhou. The staff was very attentive and supportive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen complete with an electric kettle. The hotel also offers a variety of services, including room service, laundry, and car hire, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were great additions, allowing us to stay active during our stay.

We would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great place to stay for business trips. the hotel has spacious and well-appointed rooms with nice decoration. the gym and swimming pool are less crowded and good in size. the breakfast is fantastic with a wide range of food to choose from. the service is friendly and attentive.

The hotel is situated in a residential/CBD area and is a bit far from the city center. So, the hotel location might be a bit inconvenient for leisure travelers who want to explore the city.

Impressive hotel

We were impressed with the spacious and fancy suite, equipped with a kitchen. The hotel is conveniently located near the river and within a short distance from Hangzhoudong Train Station. As elite members of IHG, we had a good chance of being upgraded. The breakfast was delicious, although the seating area was limited. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
