I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was extremely convenient, being right next to a metro station in a nice area of Hangzhou. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations on places to visit and food to eat. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of food at a reasonable price. The transportation options were excellent, with easy access to taxis and the metro right outside the front door.
