The room was immaculately clean with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool and a well-equipped gym for guests to enjoy. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. this place offers great service and is in the perfect location for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore the area and visit nearby attractions like The Venetian and City of Dreams. There were plenty of shops to browse through, and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food court upstairs, offering a variety of cuisines including rare Indian options in Macau. The staff here were exceptionally friendly and efficient, allowing us to check in early and check out late. They were also very helpful when my parents fell sick during the trip, providing us with information on the nearest clinics and hospitals and even advising us on estimated outpatient fees. We truly appreciated their assistance and would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Plus, it's right beside the Sheraton and Conrad hotels. Getting around was a breeze as there were buses to anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. They provided excellent service and hospitality throughout our 4-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and we enjoyed having a sitting area in the room. We also appreciated the dining options, including a restaurant and bar/lounge area. we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn in Macau! The centrally located property was perfect for exploring popular tourist spots and shopping. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The Chinese-style breakfast was okay, but it would be better if there were more international options included. we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

We had an awesome 5-star hotel experience at Holiday Inn! The hotel itself was the best, with an elegant lobby adorned with fresh flowers and a mesmerizing musical and lighted fountain. The location was perfect, being near popular attractions like The Venetian, City of Dreams, Galaxy Macau, and The Taipa Village. Our room was incredibly spacious, with two double beds that had clean and soft bedding. The bathroom had a big bathtub that our kids loved. The amenities were complete and refilled daily, and the towels were always clean. our stay was fantastic!

The hotel had a lovely Oriental ambiance, clean and comfortable rooms, professional and hospitable staff, pleasant surprises like baby amenities and afternoon tea for our anniversary, excellent value for money.
