The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak English very well. The hotel has a warm and thoughtful decoration, with attention to every detail. They provide plenty of tips and local tours, which is especially helpful for non-Chinese speakers. The shuttle service and organized day trips were a great bonus. Plus, they have a cute golden retriever and a friendly cat.
