We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, from providing convenient transportation to giving great advice on activities each day. The food was delicious, with a big breakfast and the option to have freshly cooked meals for lunch and dinner. The hotel ensured our comfort by allowing us access to our room after checkout time, so we could shower before our flight. The comfortable bedrooms and stunning views made our trip to this city truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Resort located near a park, spacious rooms with balcony, hot tub in room, free transfer to west gate, helpful staff, good dinner options. Rural setting away from city, close to less crowded park entrance, lovely staff, made dumpling soup for breakfast, translation app recommended, amazing chairlift nearby. Beautiful hotel inside and out, friendly and helpful staff, allowed us to use shower and provided towels on checkout day, transportation to park provided. Peaceful and clean resort, delicious food, kind staff, helpful in arranging sightseeing plans and avoiding queues.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and very close to the less crowded entrance of the National Park. It was only a 10-minute walk to the entrance, which saved us from dealing with the crowds. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, even going the extra mile to make us dumpling soup for breakfast because we mentioned how much we love dumplings. They were always ready to assist us and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Spent New Year's at a resort near the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Loved the friendly staff who were always willing to help. the location was perfect, and they had a driver who could take you to the park entrance for free. the food was also delicious, and we could order lunch or dinner by the pool after hiking.

Although the bedrooms were nice, the furniture wasn't very convenient to use. the breakfast could be better organized as there weren't enough people serving customers quickly.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was close to the entrance of the park, allowing us easy access to the beautiful Zhangjiajie National Park. the Chinese-style room we stayed in was absolutely stunning and created a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the bedroom had a fantastic view of the pool, adding to the overall charm of the place.

One aspect that disappointed us was the lack of dining options. We were only able to have dinner at the hotel, and the food suggestions were more expensive compared to local villages.

Although everything was great, we noticed some guests smoking inside the hotel and a slight unpleasant smell from the toilet. we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable experience.

The hotel is nicely situated with a great view of the mountains. Our family room for 4 persons was very clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful in arranging tickets and transportation to sightseeing places. The food from the restaurant was really great.

Recently stayed at a resort in Zhangjiajie for our honeymoon and had a fantastic experience. the staff at the resort went above and beyond to make our stay special, decorating our room and providing helpful suggestions for visiting the nearby park. the location of the resort was perfect, situated in a quiet rural area just minutes away from Zhangjiajie National Park. the room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. the resort even offered a free shuttle service to and from the park, making our visit hassle-free. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Had a fantastic experience during my New Year stay! the rooms were top-notch, with modern amenities and pristine cleanliness. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Zhangjiajie National Park. This made it convenient for us to explore the beautiful scenery without wasting precious time on transportation. Moreover, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the park, which was a great bonus. And lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We felt like VIPs with their personalized attention and helpfulness.

There were two downsides to our stay. the restaurant had some issues.

The Wi-Fi connection can be a bit unreliable at times, causing inconvenience for those who rely on it for communication and work purposes.

I had a wonderful stay at Homeward Mountain Resort! The staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with a special translator phone that made communication easy. I also downloaded Google Translator, which was very handy. The hotel also had a private helper who guided me and even took amazing pictures of me during my trekking tour. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel taxi service was cheaper than regular taxis. I also enjoyed trying different types of traditional tea at their tea house. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Although the furniture in the bedrooms was nice, it was more design-oriented rather than convenient. The breakfast could have been better organized, as there weren't enough staff to serve all the customers quickly.
