The staff at Kapok Shenzhen Bay were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was greeted warmly by the Russian girl at the front desk, Oxane, who went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed. Her English was excellent and she made me feel right at home. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, and the shower was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hidden gem.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist me. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the best I've experienced. The shower in my room was my favorite hotel shower I've ever used. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city and find restaurants.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. They were able to provide me with all the information I needed and were fluent in English. the beds in the hotel were also incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's shower was one of the best I've ever used, providing a great water pressure and temperature.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't particularly enjoy. the hotel's location was not ideal as there were limited options within walking distance.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. the beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep after busy days exploring the area. the restaurant offered delicious food options, especially the local specialties which we loved trying. Lastly, the location was perfect for us, with easy access to transportation and a variety of activities and attractions within a short distance.

While we had a wonderful stay, there were a few small things we disliked. the lighting in our room was a bit dim which made it difficult to see things clearly.

I recently stayed at Kapok and had a fantastic experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist me. One unique aspect of this hotel is that it's a hidden gem, not widely known by business partners or taxi drivers. Despite not being in a bustling location, the cheap taxi rides made it convenient to explore nearby cafes and other places. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

the spa centre was fantastic, offering a range of treatments, very well coordinated by the experienced therapists. the in-room breakfast was served on time, with tasty food and a great variety to choose from.

The swimming pool was a bit small for my taste, not very suitable for professional swimmers.
