For my recent stay in Wuxi, I chose to stay at this hotel due to its prime location and luxurious amenities, and it did not disappoint. the service was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to fulfill my every request. the indoor swimming pool and private facilities were exclusive and exceeded my expectations. the room advantages were impressive, with spacious and comfortable beds. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a variety of delicious cuisine and refreshing drinks. the location advantages were also a highlight, with easy access to several attractions and landmarks.

Although my overall experience was fantastic, I did encounter a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity in my room. the connection was not the best, and I had difficulties accessing certain websites.

Staff, especially Mr. Jiang Wenbing, were extremely helpful throughout our stay, offering valuable assistance. The service provided was exceptional and exceeded expectations.

Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options and freshly made coffee. the gym was also spacious and had a variety of machines to choose from, which was perfect after indulging during Christmas. the location was convenient, close to a range of popular restaurants and shopping centers.

The room was outdated and lacked basic amenities such as a working air conditioning system and a comfortable mattress. the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, with visible stains on the tiles.

Mr. Jiang's exceptional assistance. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in Wuxi. Clean and comfortable rooms.
