The hotel is a luxurious venue with exceptional amenities. the private facilities are a great advantage for a relaxing stay. the catering service is exquisite, offering a high-quality Restaurant buffet with a continental breakfast. the staff is helpful and provides excellent service. the location advantages make it easy to access the hotel, making it a desirable option.

The only minor issue was that the staff had a limited English proficiency. Despite this, they made an effort to assist us as much as possible.

I had a wonderful time at the Howard Johnson hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, their warm welcome and hospitality made me feel like a valued guest. The spacious suite room was luxurious and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom were just what I needed for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location near a shopping center with a food court serving local Chinese fare was a great bonus. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient and convenient. I highly recommend the Howard Johnson hotel for a luxury stay in Kunming.

We were welcomed warmly and given a tour of the hotel upon arrival. It was refreshing to have such kind service during our visit to China. the spacious suite had a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the hotel also offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport which was very efficient.

The location of the hotel was a bit remote, and not much was around other than a mall and a flower attraction. It was also a bit of a no man's land being halfway between the city and airport.

English-speaking staff called taxis and arranged day-trip drivers. Lovely modern and clean rooms. Great value for a nice 5-star hotel in a beautiful building. Convenient free airport shuttle.
