This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a comfortable bed. the staff provided great service and were very helpful. the location was excellent, with beautiful views overlooking the Yangtze River. the bar/lounge area is a great place to unwind after a long day.

The continental breakfast was quite pricey, although there are cheap local eateries nearby. the only minor issue was the delay in porter service during checkout, but it didn't affect my departure schedule.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the river and park, which was a beautiful spot to enjoy day and night. the buffet breakfast was awesome, and the gym and pool were a great plus. the rooms were clean and had an open view, which was fantastic.

The staff was not welcoming, and the customer service did not exceed expectations. They did not seem interested in making us feel like valued guests or addressing our concerns.
