My stay at Wyndham Ningbo was pleasant and comfortable. The staff, especially Sunny from the front desk, were professional and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was cozy. The restroom had a separate bathtub and shower. The breakfast offered a variety of both local and Western options. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

Romantic escape? Then this is the place! the luxurious atmosphere and spacious room design were fantastic. the spa treatment was delightful and complimentary champagne at dinner was a great touch. We loved the close proximity to the local attractions and the convenience of the shuttle bus service. We also enjoyed the creative cocktails at the bar, which helped to kick start our evening.

We didn't mind too much since we spent most of our time exploring the area. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Grand in Ningbo. the location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy bus access to other sightseeing spots. the service staff, especially Logan He, Eva Huang, and 沈倩莹, were warm-hearted and incredibly helpful. Logan greeted every customer with a smile and went out of his way to assist us. the hotel itself was peaceful and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the free parking, hospitality staff, and the lovely music in the lobby. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the shower room was excellent, with a powerful shower head and a huge bathtub.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service. the receptionist, Sunny, even provided a complimentary room upgrade without us having to ask. Our double room was spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of options. the hotel also offered access to the club lounge, where we enjoyed complimentary snacks, beer, and wine in the evenings.

I've stayed at Wyndham Grand several times and have always had a fantastic experience. the staff here is exceptional - from Sunny, who helped me with my luggage and offered me a hot towel and tea upon check-in, to Olivia, who personally escorted me to my room. the butler was already waiting for me and greeted me with their delicious homemade fruit tea. Susan, the manager, even helped me during check-out and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I've gotten to know some of the staff quite well during my visits, and their hospitality is truly the best I've experienced in China. Small gestures like these make all the difference. Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale is a fantastic hotel to stay in. Its location is ideal, being in the city center and close to the central railway station. The hotel offers great service and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and high-quality toiletries. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of Chinese and non-Chinese dishes. The hotel also provides a complimentary minibus to the airport, making transport arrangements hassle-free. Furthermore, the hotel offers beautiful views and is located near historical sites, such as Moonlake and Tianyi Pavilion.

The buffet dinner prices are quite high compared to the quality and selection of food offered.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Reasonable rates for 5-star accommodations. Lovely view of Moonlake from 19th floor. Impressive attention to small details like hot towel and tea.

The luxurious amenities fulfilled all our needs and expectations. the service provided by the staff was exceptional. We enjoyed spending time at the beautiful indoor swimming pool and the garden area was a perfect spot for relaxation.

The only minor issue we experienced was the noise level at night due to a nearby night club. it did not take away from our overall positive experience at this hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, very near to Tianyi Square where I could enjoy shopping. It was also close to Moonlake, one of the historical scenic spots in this city. Additionally, the hotel was excellent in terms of proximity to the train station. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.
