I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location meant that I was able to do a 3-day hike on the mountain, which was really good. The room amenities were great, with a sitting area, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, which was a plus. the service and facilities here were top-notch.

I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of Huangshan Baiyun Hotel is great, as it is very close to Guangming Ding. We were able to climb up there in just 10 minutes and witness the fabulous sunrise. The hotel provided free amenities like a heater, two down jackets, and two umbrellas, which were really helpful during our stay.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Baiyun. Our room was upgraded for free and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were helpful and informative, suggesting the best routes to explore the area.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, situated right at the summit of the mountain. Being able to witness the breathtaking sunrise and sunset from here was a truly unforgettable experience. The convenience of the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions such as Guangming Peak and Turtle Peak. The room amenities provided enhanced comfort and quality, with a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and even an electric kettle for our convenience. The staff here were also very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic two-day hike in Huangshan and the Baiyun Hotel was the perfect basecamp. The location was ideal, just a 20-minute walk from the Bright Summit and near the Tianhai Scenic area. The hotel provided thick down jackets for watching the stunning sunset and sunrise. The buffet had a great selection of Chinese dishes and delicious desserts. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with toiletries. The staff were competent and efficient, and a massage was a welcome treat after climbing all those stairs. a wonderful experience.

Great location for exploring the yellow mountains. We had a room with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel provided free down jackets and umbrellas which were very convenient. The front desk staff was helpful and gave us valuable advice for our trip to the Huangshan scenic area. There were plenty of options for eating nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel provided a heater to dry our clothes, which was greatly needed in Huangshan. The hotel's location was great as it was close to the cable car station and only a 15-minute walk to GuangmingDing, where we could witness the magnificent sunrises, sunsets, and star-filled night skies. The beds in the hotel were very comfortable, and they even provided tea, coffee, and chocolates in the room. Additionally, the hotel supplied thick jackets for us to use when viewing the stunning sunrise and sunset.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel at the Summit of Huangshan Mountain. The convenience of being able to walk to both sides of the mountain was a major plus. The availability of WiFi in the hotel and hostel buildings was a nice touch. The 6-person room looked exactly like the pictures, and the included breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The availability of warm tea and jackets in the main hotel reception area was greatly appreciated.

The beds were comfortable and the views from the hotel were spectacular, especially further up the hill. the location was convenient for our 3-day hike on the mountain.

The bathroom in our bunk house was dirty and smelly, which was quite disappointing. We also had difficulties purchasing items from the store attached to the hotel as they only accepted payment through an app.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed me to easily explore the mountain and enjoy the breathtaking views. the availability of wifi in both the hotel and hostel buildings was a bonus, as it helped me stay connected with my loved ones during the holiday season. Additionally, I was delighted to find that breakfast was included in the price, saving me the hassle of finding a meal in the morning.

There were some aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the staff at the hotel seemed unhelpful and had difficulty communicating in English, making it challenging to get information about hiking routes and other activities.
