We had a fantastic stay at this place! The rooms were nice, clean, and big, providing enhanced comfort. The hotel's location was perfect, being in a central area with easy access to major shopping facilities. We really enjoyed the convenience of the free shuttle service, which made it easy to explore the nearby Pazhuo complex. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the quality of the service provided by the hotel, including the free coffee or beverage at the coffee shop and the speedy and attentive service at the cafe during breakfast.

Great value for the money, especially if you're attending activities at South China Normal University. The hotel staff were accommodating and quickly resolved any issues we had. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Our room was tidy and the bathroom was clean. I had a good stay at Hua Shi.

It was convenient to be near public transport, and the airport bus terminal located beside the hotel was an added bonus. Being able to easily and affordably travel from the airport was a relief after a long flight.

Communication was a problem as the staff had a limited English vocabulary and the menu and labels were predominantly in Mandarin. Understanding the food options at the restaurant was particularly difficult and the lack of translation made it challenging to have a satisfying dining experience.

The hotel's convenient location makes it easy to navigate from the airport, explore the city's sights, and access major shopping facilities. It is situated in a good district and offers a peaceful atmosphere with lots of greenery around. The rooms are nicely furnished and the staff is polite and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a complimentary beverage at the coffee shop on the ground floor.
