Gorgeous property. Beautiful pools and delicious 5-course meal at on-site restaurant. Beach initially hard to find, but easy to locate after first walk. Adjoining shopping mall has some construction noise, but good and affordable restaurants.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the spa and full body massage services were exceptional, making us feel pampered and relaxed. the lush garden area and heated swimming pool provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere. the restaurant served a wide range of dishes that were delicious and nicely presented.

The only minor issue we encountered was the language barrier between the hotel staff and us, which made it a bit challenging to communicate our needs.

The hotel facilities were quite nice, offering a range of activities and show presentations over Easter. There was a lovely pool and the beach was just a short walk away. The location was also good, as there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area to explore. Another positive aspect was the comfortable beds in the hotel room that helped me get a good night’s rest.

There were a few downsides to my stay. Firstly, the hotel staff were not very helpful in providing information about the area or suggestions for things to see and do. Secondly, the meals were not of great quality, especially for the high prices charged. Lastly, the rooms were in need of some updates and refreshing, as they were starting to look tired and worn out. while the stay was not terrible, it did not meet expectations.
