During our recent stay at Hullett House, we were impressed with the beautiful historical building. The woodwork and corridor carpets added a charming touch to the ambiance. The highlight of our experience was the helpfulness of the cafe parlour staff, especially Stanley, who went above and beyond to assist us. The room setting was also lovely, with a spacious layout and a chance to experience the heritage of the hotel.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a unique charm. the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. the location was excellent, surrounded by shopping centers and close to historical landmarks. Plus, the breakfast served in the room was a delightful touch, with a choice of oriental or western style.

The entrance and reception area were confusing, with no clear drop-off area for taxis and a rundown and discolored awning. the check-in process was difficult, with a long wait and a lack of acknowledgement from the receptionist.

Great location, surrounded by shopping centers and in a historic building. Unique decoration in suite room. Room has a large balcony and is nicely renovated. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. Enjoy free snacks, drinks, and daily dessert.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. the luxurious room boasted exclusive amenities, including a spacious balcony with stunning views. the housekeepers were friendly and attentive to all our requests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the private facilities were impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent experience.

While the food was delicious, we had to order it to our room in advance, which could be cumbersome for some guests.

Large rooms, outstanding service, excellent internal communication, never rejects any wish, beautiful decor, familiar atmosphere.

The lobby and lift could be improved as they feel more like a 3-star compared to the rest of the hotel.
