During our recent stay at Hullett House, we were impressed with the beautiful historical building. The woodwork and corridor carpets added a charming touch to the ambiance. The highlight of our experience was the helpfulness of the cafe parlour staff, especially Stanley, who went above and beyond to assist us. The room setting was also lovely, with a spacious layout and a chance to experience the heritage of the hotel.

The entrance and reception area were confusing, with no clear drop-off area for taxis and a rundown and discolored awning. The check-in process was difficult, with a long wait and a lack of acknowledgement from the receptionist.

The breakfast experience was the only minor issue we encountered during our stay. While the food was delicious, we had to order it to our room in advance, which could be cumbersome for some guests.
