The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. the hotel had a key location, with easy access to the train station and shopping mall. the staff spoke both Chinese and English, which made communication easy.

The staff at the front desk were not very helpful and seemed unfamiliar with their duties. the assigned room was located at the very end of the hallway, which was inconvenient.
