The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the swimming pool on the 7th floor was a nice addition to the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and had difficulty speaking English. the bed was too hard and could have used a topper pad for added comfort.

Great value hotel in a good location

We loved our stay at Hyatt Place in Luoyang. The staff was polite and helpful, especially Jacob at the reception who went above and beyond to assist us with a mobile issue. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Luoyang, with Wangcheng Park and many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We were also pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to an executive room with a daily breakfast. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
