The room was elegant and functional, with a comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom area. the automated blinds and curtains were a nice touch. the hotel's fitness center had high-quality equipment. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of different foods, which was a departure from what I'm used to in the UK and USA.

There was some dust on the furniture in the room, and the bed was too soft for my personal preference. the lack of non-Chinese TV channels was a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very thoughtful and reactive, providing us with a packed breakfast for our early morning departure. We got so much bang for our buck at Hyatt Regency! The room was super comfortable, complete with a cozy bed and a bathtub with its own TV. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the subway, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. And the little touches, like the tea set in the room, made us feel welcome and pampered. Plus, the price we paid was a steal!

The hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the airport.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were a treat. the sauna, steam room, and indoor swimming pool were all top-notch and made for a truly luxurious stay. the Spa centre was also impressive, with professional staff and a range of treatments on offer. the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind in the evenings, with attentive service and delicious cocktails.

One minor issue was that the location was a bit out of the way. While convenient for those arriving by bullet train, getting to the hotel from the airport can be a bit of a hassle.
