The hotel room was very comfortable, with a nice large bed, clean linens, and towels. The working area was decent and had a large room safe. The WiFi was good and strong. The breakfast choices were amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from.

The room was too hot and the thermostat didn't work very well. It was also disappointing that the windows couldn't be opened.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Olympic Park, offering easy access to the Olympic stadiums and a large underground mall with a variety of food options. The property is well-maintained and offers spacious rooms with great service. Guests who opt for the executive room can enjoy the hotel lounge, which provides a quiet and enjoyable dining experience. The staff is attentive and helpful, as shown by their excellent response during an emergency situation.

The towel quality could be improved, as some guests have found them to be either too old or too new, resulting in poor absorbency.

Luxurious amenities greeted me on arrival. A spacious room with a stunning decor was delightful. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The Spa & wellness center provided an extensive range of treatments, which I indulged in. Dazzling indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi also provided an opulent experience. I was overwhelmed with the BBQ facilities and sun terrace and made use of them.

The hotel was on the high side of quality, which resulted in a minor issue at check-in. Apart from that, this hotel surpassed all my expectations.

My city break was an amazing experience. the hotel was perfectly situated near the Olympic village, with many tourist attractions and restaurants around. the service staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. the swimming pool and gym were great, and there was even a beautiful garden where we could relax.

The breakfast buffet did not have many options, and it was not always fresh. the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and it was difficult to sleep at night.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The customer service was top-notch, with the manager going above and beyond to correct an error during check-in. The bed and bath were excellent, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was huge, with plenty of choices to satisfy any appetite. The club lounge was also a highlight, offering a delicious breakfast and plenty of good food in the evening. We were even granted a late checkout, which was much appreciated.

One downside was the slow and almost useless WiFi, making it difficult to do anything beyond basic messaging. Additionally, the nearby restaurant options were limited, with most of them closed.

The amenities, including the Club Lounge, swimming pool, and lobby lounge, were all top-notch. The service received from the staff was friendly and attentive. The room itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, as an IHG member, we were able to enjoy discounts at the lobby lounge. we had a great time at this hotel.
