We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of everything. The location was superb - it was near a pedestrian shopping street with exclusive shops. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. We also loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

This hotel sure knows how to cater to its guests' luxurious needs. From the exclusive amenities to the private facilities, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. the bar/lounge area was particularly impressive, with comfortable seating and an extensive cocktail menu that left me feeling pampered and satisfied.

While overall my experience was exceptional, I did have a minor issue with the service. Although the staff was friendly and attentive, some were not able to speak English fluently, which made communication difficult at times.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was perfect, right on the edge of a bustling shopping area and within walking distance to the river and Hongyadong building. the views of the city lights at night were simply magnificent. the rooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable. the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes. the staff were professional and spoke great English, making communication easy and enjoyable.

One drawback was the limited English-speaking ability of some locals in Chongqing, including the concierge and front desk staff. This made it a bit challenging to get all the information needed before heading out into the chaos of the city.
