The service recovery was impressive. the staff quickly resolved a leak in our room and even offered to dry clean our clothes. the hotel's location is convenient and the beds are super comfortable. the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options.

We experienced a leak in our room during the night, which was quite inconvenient. It seemed to be caused by a faulty air conditioning unit.
