I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental in Lijiang. The beautiful property exudes historical charm and is very comfortable. The convenience of being able to walk directly into the old town was fantastic. Additionally, having shops like a chemist and Starbucks nearby was a bonus.

One area that the hotel management might wish to give further thought to is the concierge department. While they efficiently handled our baggage, they could improve in providing guidance and support for exploring the area.

Beautiful hotel, great location near Old Town. Comfortable rooms with cozy beds. Some communication issues, but overall friendly staff. Stunning architecture and views of JDSN from lobby. Good option for meals at sister hotel.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the indoor swimming pool, garden area, and sun terrace were all impeccable. the staff at this hotel provided excellent service that made me feel pampered and well taken care of. the restaurant on site served delicious food with a variety of options. the room advantages were outstanding with a comfortable bed and lovely spa quality cosmetics. This hotel is a dream come true for those who want to indulge in a luxurious stay.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was with the spa centre. Although it had a spa lounge with barbeque grills, the Spa & wellness centre itself didn't have all the features I was hoping for.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, giving us a true sense of the local culture. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist us with any requests. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. From the platform outside the resort cafeteria, we enjoyed stunning views of the surrounding area. we were impressed with the facilities and room advantages offered by this hotel.

Some staff members had limited English skills, which made it a bit difficult to communicate at times.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a huge variety of dishes to choose from and all of them were incredibly delicious. the location of this hotel is perfect, just a few minutes from the main attractions, yet quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. the facilities were top-notch, especially the luxuriously furnished rooms that offered a comfortable stay, and the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The swimming pool's floor was quite slippery, which could be quite dangerous for some.
