The room has great city views and a comfortable bed. The rain-style shower is wonderful. Wifi works well. Staff are helpful and eager to please. The food selection is plentiful and the entertainment is great. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were friendly, smiling, and very helpful. The room exceeded my expectations - it was spacious and comfortable, with great views of the city. The hotel facilities, including the fitness center and indoor swimming pool, were amazing. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options. The location in the city center, near the lake, was perfect.

Arriving at this hotel, we were pleased to be greeted by friendly staff who quickly checked us in and showed us to our room. the room was spacious and luxurious with exclusive amenities and a comfortable bed. the restaurant provided a variety of delicious dishes and the in-room breakfast was exceptional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at the Intercontinental. The Japanese-style toilet seat was a welcome luxury, especially in the winter. The buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious, offering a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Despite some limitations in the food options, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Ningbo. I'll recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Friendly and Attentive Staff

During my recent stay at a hotel in China, I was impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. One staff member named Carnival stood out with his easygoing and thoughtful nature. The club lounge girls and a cheerful girl named Candy also made great efforts to satisfy the guests. I found their service to be professional and friendly. I had a pleasant experience with the staff at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay during my business trip. Additionally, the friendly and hospitable staff, like the hostess Moon, provided excellent service at the Club Lounge. It was nice to have conversations with them and feel at home.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from my experience. the limited selection of food at the buffet, especially the lack of western options, was disappointing.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and loved the tasteful decoration of the hotel. the views of the city from the room were impressive, and we enjoyed the rain-style shower and comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty choices for both Chinese and Western cuisine. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
