Beautifully designed with stunning views, conveniently located near a mall and aquarium. Delicious breakfast buffet, perfect beach for photos, and a nice balcony in the room. Exquisite design for relaxation, clean and modern. Friendly and approachable staff, a pleasure to stay at such a lovely resort.

The hotel had a spacious room with great sea view and a well-designed property. Additionally, the Chinese restaurant had delicious food and the service was outstanding.

The check-in process was slow due to a lack of staff, and the western restaurant's food quality needed improvement. Additionally, the concierge service was not up to par and there was a lack of nearby amenities and attractions to explore.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the exclusive spa and wellness centre provided an impeccable experience, and the outdoor swimming pool and beach access added to the overall relaxation.

Despite the exceptional service, we encountered a minor issue with the shallow end of the swimming pool. Although the pool was beautiful, it was a bit too shallow for our preference.

The location, in the duty-free shopping mall on the island of Hainan, was convenient and offered great opportunities for shopping.

Communication in English at the resort's outlets proves to be a challenge, making it difficult for English-speaking guests to convey their needs and preferences effectively.
