The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day.

Some guests have mentioned that the food in the club lounge in the evenings may not meet expectations, and that the dress code for patrons in the evenings is not strictly enforced.

Joining the club is highly recommended as it provides exclusive facilities like a private pool and restaurant for members. Another advantage is the option to check, in and check, out at the club, saving time and avoiding long queues.

One downside was the lack of separate check, in and check, out for premium room guests, which resulted in uncomfortable waiting in non, air, conditioned areas. the service received did not meet expectations, with the receptionist being impolite and communication being a challenge.

We had a fantastic time at Intercontinental Sanya Resort. The property is beautiful with its many pools and gardens. Our Club Room was excellent, with a private plunge pool. The Club Lounge was a highlight, offering delicious breakfasts and made-to-order dishes. The staff, especially Evan and Chef Jacky, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had a great time at the Intercontinental in Sanya. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-serviced. The staff, both Chinese and Nepalese/Indian, were friendly and always ready to help. We particularly enjoyed the Club Lounge access, where the breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening food provided us with delicious meals. The club pool was also a lovely place to relax. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the beds being slightly uncomfortable and the limited number of sunbeds on the beach, we would still recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect, right on the beach, and close to the city center and inner island.

The hotel design is impressive with lots of clean and spacious areas. The Club King room provided free access and drinks in restaurants and bars. The service was excellent and the staff spoke English, which was a huge plus.

Upon checking in, I was immediately welcomed by friendly and attentive staff who catered to my every need. the luxurious amenities provided at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations; the full body massage at the spa center was a rejuvenating experience, while the beachfront with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided the perfect spot for relaxation. the restaurant offered delectable cuisine and the private facilities in my room were exquisite.

The only minor downside I encountered was a delay in service at the bar/lounge area, but this was quickly resolved by the accommodating staff.
