Great location near historical sites and close to local restaurants and bars. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well, equipped with modern amenities. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different dietary preferences. the fitness center was excellent, with state, of, the, art equipment and a great view from the higher floors.

I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. the air conditioning in the rooms was turned off due to it being winter, making the room feel excessively hot and stuffy.

The hotel had a beautiful Christmas festive decor in the grand lobby, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided useful information for sightseeing. the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options for both Western and Chinese cuisine.

The lighting in the corridors and some areas of the room was too dark, making it difficult to see. the housekeeping staff entered the room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was displayed, which was an invasion of privacy.
