The luxury amenities at this hotel were truly impressive! The spa center had everything I needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay, including a heated indoor swimming pool and massage services. The room was stylishly furnished, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The restaurant and bar offered exceptional meals with unforgettable flavors and the staff provided excellent service.

The only issue I experienced was that there were some dirty windows that caused a bit of an obstruction to the view at the tower zone. Despite that, the amazing service and exclusive facilities at this hotel more than made up for the minor flaw.

Our romantic escape was an unforgettable experience thanks to the stunning panoramic city view and the luxurious bathroom. The hotel’s central location allowed us to easily explore all the main attractions of Shanghai. Plus, the rich breakfast selection and excellent kitchen made our mornings even better.

The language barrier was a big issue during our stay. Many staff members couldn't speak English, and misunderstandings happened, such as an early wake up call getting scheduled at the wrong time.

The location of the hotel is incredible, being at the center of a stunning tower zone. the bathroom is absolutely breathtaking, providing a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast served is rich and delicious, providing a wide variety of options to choose from.

It seems that some areas of the hotel, such as the windows, could use more attention and cleaning.

The view from J Hotel, Shanghai Tower is truly unique and stunning. The room with its 180-degree full view of the city is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel offers a very good kitchen and a rich breakfast, providing an unforgettable experience. The bathroom is also exquisite and couldn't be improved. I highly recommend this hotel for its marvelous location and amenities.

I did encounter a few drawbacks during my stay. the lack of English-speaking staff made communication a bit challenging.
