My recent stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao Central, An IHG was fantastic. The room was spacious, well-designed, and had a romantic ambiance with dimmable lighting. The free internet and US plug outlets were convenient for my needs. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a great mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes, along with fresh fruits and juices. The gym had well-maintained cardio and lifting machines, perfect for my workout routine. The location was extremely convenient, just a short walk from the No2 subway station and surrounded by various dining options. The staff were helpful and friendly, connecting me with local travel agencies for tours. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is really near to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also very close to Hong Qiao airport, which is great for travelers. it is close to the main tourist attractions, allowing guests to easily visit the sights.

Some staff members were reported to be impolite, which can be a letdown for guests seeking good customer service.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, situated in a small mall in a residential area. It was a one-way street, so there was very little traffic noise. We were also pleased with the excellent service provided by the staff. They were always available to assist us with any requests, and the room service and dry cleaning were very efficient. The 24-hour room service was a bonus, and the bell staff/porter and housekeeping services were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service, package/parcel services, and laundry facilities.
