The value for money at this hotel was great, with a huge and comfy bed and a superb bathroom with a clear glass design. The location was perfect, right next to a metro station and surrounded by plenty of eateries and bars. The staff treated us well and the view from our high floor room was amazing.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. The room was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable bedding and a stunning view of the downtown area. The bathroom was modern and equipped with an overhead shower that provided a refreshing experience. The hotel's location in a charming neighborhood near the former French Concession was a major advantage, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and parks within walking distance. The concierge spoke excellent English and was able to provide us with helpful directions and recommendations.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited English TV channels. While CNN and BBC were available, other popular channels such as Netflix were inaccessible due to the Great Firewall of China. However, this was a small inconvenience and did not significantly impact our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated next to a convenient Metro stop, making it easy to explore the city. Its location close to the major shopping street of Huaihai road is a big plus for those looking for retail therapy. Moreover, it is just opposite a metro line, allowing for seamless transportation throughout the city. The room offers a comfortable layout and the bathroom is clean with modern amenities. The attentive staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start the day. The hotel also boasts a grand entry foyer and provides useful facilities such as a business center and printers.

Some staff members had limited English abilities, which could pose a communication challenge at times.

I had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located hotel in the former French quarter. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a nice indoor pool and sauna. My room had a beautiful view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff provided attentive and excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel despite a few minor inconveniences.

We've been frequent guests at this hotel and have always had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the metro station and just a short taxi ride away from Hongqiao airport. The beds are comfortable, which is a rare find in China. There are also great dining options nearby, including a fantastic Japanese restaurant across the road and some excellent Hong Kong eateries just around the corner. The staff at the hotel are also extremely helpful, particularly at the taxi stand. our stays here have always been enjoyable and hassle-free.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, near a metro station. The rooms were clean, but as an executive room, I expected more. The hotel is in a nice area with plenty to explore. However, the breakfast was overpriced and lackluster, mostly catering to Chinese guests. my experience at Jin Jiang was average.

Slow internet speeds in the rooms and unhelpful reception staff who were not engaging or welcoming.
