My recent stay at a charming hotel in the heart of an ancient town was simply amazing. The beautiful decor and attention to detail made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The serene atmosphere and warm welcome from the staff made me feel instantly relaxed. Despite the hotel's central location, it was a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The exceptional service provided by the staff truly made my stay memorable, as they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food served at the hotel was also excellent, surpassing the average fare found in the town. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the old world charm of China.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Jing's Residence in Pingyao. The manager, Mr. Imam, and the staff were gracious and attentive. The setting was tasteful and the master suite was comfortable. The view of the snow-covered rooftops of Pingyao was breathtaking. The location was perfect for exploring the town and the food was delicious.

Free bikes, personal service, genuine touch. Tasteful architecture, modern design. Cosy, private rooms. Superbly made, presented, and served meals. Helpful taxi service to station.

The garden area is splendid and offers exclusive amenities such as a Spa & Wellness centre with full-body massage, back massage, and foot massage. The room is elegantly furnished, with exclusive facilities that enhance one's comfort. The restaurant serves superb dinner, packed lunch, and special diet menus that suit all tastes. The bar/lounge section is well-equipped and allows patrons to unwind with a drink while enjoying the beautiful décor.

The only minor issue is that the TV in the leisure room was small, but that didn't really bother me.

Enjoyed an Easter stay in a beautifully restored property with great attention to detail. Loved the comfortable and unique rooms, and the exceptional service provided by the staff. the location was perfect to explore the historic town and there were plenty of great dining options nearby.

The high cost of the hotel may be a concern for some, but it is well worth the price for the quality of service and amenities. the only downside was limited parking, but the staff were helpful in finding alternative arrangements.
