As a young family, we loved the convenient location close to the Silk Market for shopping and the Line 1 metro station. The hotel staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early at 10.30 am. The rooms, although a bit tired in terms of decor, were clean and more than adequate for our needs. The hotel is also well located for the CBD and nearby office buildings, and tourist sights can be easily accessed via the nearby subway station. The breakfast offered a good range of both western and Asian options.

We felt welcomed during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants nearby where we could easily get receipts for our expenses. The room itself was very comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the in-room safe and the fact that the room was equipped with a hair dryer. The friendly staff at the reception desk were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had.
