Had an incredible Christmas stay at this top-end hotel! The Executive Suite was spacious and fabulous, with an amazing bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff were impeccable and spoke very good English, providing excellent service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to key attractions. The value for money was unbeatable, making it a great choice for a luxurious and memorable holiday.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the pool and gym were closed due to the health situation, and unfortunately, no compensation was offered for this inconvenience.
