I had a wonderful stay at Jw Marriott. The hotel is located in a great environment, close to scenic places like the bamboo sea. The rooms were very nice and the gym was well-equipped. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent service provided by Ms. Lucia Xiong, Director of Rooms. She went above and beyond to help me with a small accident during my trip and made sure my check-in and laundry were taken care of promptly. Her hospitality made me feel truly valued as a customer.
