We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Dongguan that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were of high quality, with everything in working order and no maintenance issues. The staff were friendly and spoke some English, making us feel welcome. The price for such great service and quality was also a pleasant surprise. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had clean rooms and a convenient location. the bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the shower was also great, with good water pressure and temperature control. the hotel's key location made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

The hotel's restaurants were not up to par. the Chinese and Japanese restaurants did not meet the hotel's standards.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Brilliant Hotel, which was even better than I expected. The layout of the room was well planned and the size was perfect. The bed provided a perfect night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with the Russian Lady on reception going out of her way to be helpful. Additionally, Chris was great in helping me sort out problems with my cancelled flights. The hotel even allowed me to extend my stay at the same rate for an additional 2 nights. one of the nicest places I have had the pleasure to stay at.

Great facility, fantastic amenities, and amazing staff. the rooms were beautiful, well-decorated, and very comfortable. the location was great - close to restaurants and shopping. the gym was well-equipped and the pool was clean and warm.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful at all and seemed to be annoyed whenever we asked them questions or needed assistance.
