The rooms were clean and cosy, although a bit small. The shower was spacious and convenient for children. The counter staff were warm, helpful, and courteous, providing us with helpful tips on what to visit and where to eat. The hotel staff were efficient in attending to guests' requests, such as fixing a faulty air-conditioning switch. The hotel also had a pleasant aromatherapy feature that made everything smell really good.

I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms and amenities were modern, clean and functional, offering a comfortable stay. the staff provided very good service, promptly responding to any requests for extra towels or pillows. the location was convenient, with a short 10-minute walk to the immigration office and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

There was some noise disturbance from a nearby KTV and the traffic outside, which affected the overall sleep quality. the breakfast was average, lacking some variety and not meeting high standards.

They even upgraded my room to a more comfortable one, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

It was only a 10-minute walk to the Macau border crossing, making it perfect for exploring Macau. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and provided detailed directions for using public transport. Additionally, there was a bakery next door and a convenience store nearby, which made it easy to grab a quick snack or any essentials I needed. The cozy ambiance of the hotel added to the overall pleasant experience.

Felt really comfortable during my stay, no complaints whatsoever.
