The rooms were clean and cosy, although a bit small. The shower was spacious and convenient for children. The counter staff were warm, helpful, and courteous, providing us with helpful tips on what to visit and where to eat. The hotel staff were efficient in attending to guests' requests, such as fixing a faulty air-conditioning switch. The hotel also had a pleasant aromatherapy feature that made everything smell really good.

We also enjoyed the aroma pillows, which added a nice touch to the room.

It is also within walking distance from the Gongbei Immigration complex and major shopping stops like the Vanguard shopping center and Gongbei Port underground plaza. The location is excellent as it is very near to the Gongbei border gate to Macau. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff here were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. From the moment I checked in, they provided top-notch service, ensuring that all my needs were met. They even upgraded my room to a more comfortable one, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
